Lethargy
Your body feels sluggish and tired, slowing down your every action. Lethargy effects are written as Lethargy (X), with X indicating the degree of Lethargy. For each level of Lethargy, you are subject to the following effects:
- Increase Cast Times and Focus Times by X segments.
- Increase Recovery Times by X segments.
Lethargy effects are not cumulative, with only the greatest Lethargy effect applying. For example, if you are subject to Lethargy (3) from one effect, and Lethargy (1) from a second effect, the second effect does not increase your level of Lethargy.
Increased Recovery times from Lethargy are not cumulative with the Slowed condition, instead apply the greatest amount of recovery time increase.
Simple Monsters
A simple monster suffering from any level of Lethargy has its maximum Action Points reduced to 2. Note that some effects (such as Dazed) can further reduce the monster's Action Points on its turn.
Mob Monsters
The monster is Incapacitated.
