First Level Talents

Some Talents are designed to be taken at Character Creation, as they fundamentally change the way that a character functions. This usually involves some sort of racial or class adjustment. Sometimes these talents simply make adjustments to how a character functions, and other times they give that character significant advantages over their counterparts. As such, some of the First Level Talents impose an increase in Experience Rating to account for the added benefits.

The following is a list of First Level Talents. While these are not necessarily the only talents that can be taken at first level, all these talents must be taken at First Level (or Character Creation when Higher Level Characters).
