Partially Blinded

You have spots in your vision and everything appears fuzzy. You are subject to the following effects:

• You suffer a -4 penalty to Spot checks.
• You suffer a -2 penalty to Awareness.
• Creatures gain Partial Concealment (Vision) against you.

Note: Effects that remove or grant Saving Throws against the Blinded condition also affect Partially Blinded.
