Partially Deafened

Your ears ring and sounds are muffled. You are subject to the following effects:

• You suffer -4 penalty to Listen checks.
• You suffer -2 penalty to Awareness.
• You are unable to hear soft sounds (i.e. Whispers, Dripping Water, etc).

Note: Effects that remove or grant Saving Throws against the Deafened condition also affect Partially Deafened.
