Description

A ring of the wailer is always made of a mysterious semi-translucent silver, the primary decoration being that of a banshee with small rubies for eyes screaming wildly. Upon its use, the ruby eyes glow blood red. This ring provides its wearer protection against sonic effects as well as some intuitive understanding of arcane magics. Its greatest power, however, is the ability to project overwhelming sonic screams.

Lore

This ring is said to be powered by the tortured spirit of a powerful banshee, although none have desired to see if such a creature could be freed. For all the macabre surrounding the creation of such a ring it is commonly found in the use of adventuring bards and other entertainers who are known for their singing ability, often times employing the ring's powers to add dramatic flare to their performances,.
