Effect: You summon lashing chains that strike out at creatures in your vicinity. While this prayer is active, you may use the following ability:

Effect: The chains lash out at your enemies. Make an attack:

Target: One creature

Attack: Devotion vs. Reflex

Hit: The target suffers 4d10 + Divine Might Slashing damage and is subject to Pain (2) for 1d4 rounds.
