Effect: You charge your hand with the sinister forbidden energies of icy death, and channel into your opponent. Make an attack:
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Attack: Arcana vs. Touch
Hit: 1d6 + Eldritch Might Cold and Necrotic damage. Additionally the target takes 1d4 Stamina Damage. If the target is Undead, it instead Flees its skirmish speed away from the attacker.
Miss: You may choose to hold on to the spells charge and attack again after you've completed the Recovery Time for this spell. You do not need to recast this spell (i.e. spend the Casting Time) to attack again.
