Effect: You send out waves of disorienting energy. Make an attack:
Area: 60 ft Cone
Target: All creatures in area
Attack: Arcana vs. Will
Hit: Target is Entangled and suffers a -8 penalty to all Active Skill checks [SE, ST 4d10 vs WIS]. Additionally, until the target saves, once per round they move ½ their Skirmish speed in a random direction (entangled effect accounted for).
Special: Affected targets can choose to drop prone to avoid the move effect. All affected targets move in the same direction.
Augment, Greater Disorientation

Effect: Increase the saving throw by 1d10 [STP 1d10].
Master Augment, Directing the Tide
