Target: One creature

Effect: Your mind becomes flooded with information about the target and you immediately become aware of their thoughts and abilities. You learn the target's current thoughts, motives, prejudices, and current plan of action. You also learn the target's powers and abilities, attacks and defenses, current and maximum hitpoints, strengths and weaknesses, resistances and vulnerabilities, racial and class features, any ongoing magical abilities currently affecting the target (such as powers and rituals), and knowledge of all the target's items and possessions (magic or otherwise). The Mind Blank Spell will prevent you from accessing the target's thoughts, motives, prejudices, and current plans, but does not conceal any other information. If the target carries an Artifact or Intelligent Magic Item, you learn of the existence of the item and what the target knows of the item, but not other information.

In practice, use of this spell allows the player to read a copy of the target's character sheet or monster entry.
