Effect: You magically fortify the mind of the target, protecting it from all abilities that infiltrate or influence their mental faculties. For the duration of this spell, the target is immune to Psychic damage and abilities with the Mind-Affecting keyword as well as any magical abilities used to detect the target's thoughts or emotions.
This spell further prevents the ability to observe or locate the target through magical means of detection, such as Scrying or Wizard Eye. Not even the effects of other ultimate powers can overcome the protection granted by Mind Blank, though it can be dispelled normally.

Effect: You may use this spell on yourself as an Interruptive Action, when you are targeted by an effect that Mind Blank would protect from. You still must be aware that you are being targeted by the effect (not usually the case for Scrying, etc). You are then delayed 5 segments.
