Cost: REC +3

Limitation: Limit once per cast.

Trigger: You complete the casting of a power.

Requirement: You must not have a penalty to your speed (such as from Armor or through Status Effects, such as Entangled).

Effect: You have learned to hold the energies of finished magic and move without disrupting its flow. While holding your cast, you may move up to your Skirmish speed as a Free Action. This increases the recovery of your cast power by the cost of this maneuver.
