Basic Martial Technique [Lunge]
Prerequisites: Martial Rank 1
Disciplines: Stalker
Standard Action [REC Weapon Speed]
Requirement: You and the target must be Isolated.
Effect: You attack with purpose, never offering your opponent an opening. Make an attack:
Range: Melee
Target: One Creature
Attack: Melee Weapon vs. AC
Hit: Weapon[1 WD]. Until the end of the next round, while you and the target remain isolated, you gain a +2 power bonus to AC against attacks made by the target.
Master Augment, Concealed Stabbing
[Martial Rank 4, Magic Item]
Requirement: You must be wearing a Magic Cloak.
Effect: On a hit, you also gain Partial Concealment against the target while you remain isolated.
Augment, Greater Guarded Stabbing
[Martial Rank 5, Stacking]
Stacking [Rank 5, 8, 11, etc.]: This augment may be used multiple times and is limited by your Martial Rank.
Effect: Increase the damage dealt by 1 WD.
Master Augment, Active Guard [Stance]
[Martial Rank 2]
Requirement: You must be utilizing a Scoundrel Stance.
Effect: Gain the +2 power bonus for all defenses, not just AC.
Master Augment, Vigilant Guard [Stance]
[Martial Rank 2]
Requirement: You must be utilizing a Marksman Stance.
Effect: You no longer need to be isolated to gain the bonus to your AC.
Master Augment, Hobbling Stab [Stance]
[Martial Rank 3]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Cruel Cage Stance.
Effect: The target is Hobbled (damage equal to 3 x Martial Rank) [SE, ST 3d10 vs CON].
Master Augment, Focused Guard [Stance]
[Martial Rank 5]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Solitary Focus Stance.
Effect: Gain a +4 power bonus to AC, instead of a +2.
Master Augment, Unfailing Guard [Stance]
[Martial Rank 7]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Unfailing Blade Stance.
Cost: Special
Effect: If the target makes an attack on you while you're benefiting from the power bonus granted by this technique, the target must roll twice on the attack and take the worst result.
