Duration: 1 Round or until dismissed, dispelled or disrupted.
Upkeep: Free action, burn 1 Resolve to increase the duration by 1 Round.

Area: 25ft diameter area within range
Effect: Generating massive amounts of unrefined Eldritch power, you create a vibrant, pulsing area of Hypermagic that lasts for the duration of this power. This area is saturated in magical energies, enhancing the effects of all magical abilities and making them harder to resist. While a creature is in the field, the costs of its magical powers and abilities are reduced by 1. Additionally, all creatures in the area suffer a one die penalty to saving throws [STP 1d10] against magical effects. Lastly, spells cast into or out of an area of Hypermagic gain a +2 power bonus to potency and cannot be dispelled (unless the Hypermagic Field is dispelled first or at the same time).
Special: If an area of Hypermagic overlaps an area of Antimagic, magic in the area is returned to normal for the duration of this spell. Note that this spell still cannot be cast while in an area of Antimagic.
