Target: All creatures and objects in area.
Effect: With a word and a snap of your fingers the area becomes charged with electricity and discharges in random bolts of lightning. Each target has a 50% chance (75% chance if the target is made of metal or wearing metal armor) of being struck by a bolt and subject to the following attack:
Attack: Arcana vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d8 + Eldritch Might Lightning damage.
Miss: Half damage.
