Basic Martial Technique [Lunge]
Prerequisites: Martial Rank 4, Stealth Rank 3
Disciplines: Stalker
Standard Action [REC Weapon Speed]
Cost: 2 Stamina
Requirement: The target must be unaware of you or Surprised.
Effect: You attack from an unknown location with sudden aggression, surprising your target. Make an attack:
Range: Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Melee Weapon vs. AC
Hit: Weapon[2 WD].
Special: If you use the Backstab Technique, increase the damage dealt by the Backstab by 2 WD.
Augment, Greater Startling Strike
[Martial Rank 5, Stacking]
Stacking [Rank 5, 8, 11, etc.]: This augment may be used multiple times and is limited by your Martial Rank.
Effect: Increase the damage dealt by 1 WD.
Master Augment, Stealthy Magic
[Martial Rank 6, Magic Item]
Requirement: You must be wearing a Magic Cloak.
Effect: After the attack, if you maintain Concealment, you may make a Stealth check to remain hidden (at no penalty).
Master Augment, Startling Shadows [Stance]
[Martial Rank 4]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Hidden Combatant Stance.
Cost: 2 Stamina
Effect: You may use this technique if you are Hidden from the target, instead of only when the target is unaware or surprised.
Master Augment, Bleed Out [Stance]
[Martial Rank 4]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Bloodletting Stance.
Cost: Special
Effect: On a hit, you may spend 1 Stamina to cause the target to suffer ongoing 5 Bleed damage every 10 segments [SE, ST 3d10 vs CON].
Master Augment, Too Late [Stance]
[Martial Rank 4]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Ruffian's Agenda Stance.
Effect: This technique gains the Charge keyword.
Master Augment, Startling Shot [Stance]
[Martial Rank 5]
Requirement: You must be utilizing a Marksman Stance.
Effect: You may use this technique with a Ranged Weapon instead of a Melee Weapon. Change the range of the attack to 30ft (or less if the ranged weapon has a shorter range). The attack now provokes opportunity as a normal ranged attack.
Master Augment, Strike and Run [Stance]

Requirement: You must be utilizing a Scoundrel Stance.
Cost: REC +2
Effect: On a hit, the target is Staggered [SE, ST 2d10 vs CON]. Additionally, after the attack (hit or miss) you may move up to your Skirmish speed.
