Create Mystic Circle

Effect: You spend days laboriously imbuing the runes using a mixture of the Magic Essence and Elemental Essence. You must spend all your time within the runic circle, including sleeping (which you may do for no longer than 2 hours at a time). After the 7 days, you repeat the same chant for an hour at each point of the circle. Afterward you walk to the center of the circle and imbue your will within it. The runes glow a brilliant white, casting a pillar of light into the sky and the Mystic Circle is complete.

You are always considered attuned to your own Mystic Circle and can use the Open Mystic Portal ritual without a focus or components. Additionally, other creatures can attune to the circle via the Attune Mystic Circle ritual, and then make use of it.

You choose the type of Elemental Essence (must be a single type) and the type of object that will serve as a Symbol of Attunement for the circle. Benevolent casters may choose a simple Symbol that is easier to obtain, while others may pick something more rare. Other casters pick Symbols based on their own bizarre whims. Regardless of the choice, a curious ritualist may determine the Symbol and type of Elemental Essence required to attune to the circle by studying it for a few minutes and succeeding a Ritual Casting check [DC 25].

Over a few years, a Mystic Circle may leak energies into the immediate surrounding area and infuse it with their essence of creation. When this happens the area takes on subtle qualities of the Circle's Essence. (GM's Discretion).
