Target: One Magic Item or Effect
Effect: You pour the distilled shadow over the target, suppressing its magical aura. While the ritual is in effect the target does not detect as magical. Powers and abilities that allow for the detection of masked auras (such as Reveal Magic), may make a Ritual Casting check [DC 40]. If the check succeeds, the target detects as magical (as normal) and the caster is aware that the target's aura is masked. Mask Magical Aura has no effect on unwilling intelligent items or artifacts.
