Hailstorm
Hailstorms do not usually affect visibility like Rain and Snow, but cause enough noise and vibration to affect other senses. Rarely, if the hail is large enough, it can cause Bludgeoning Damage.
Light Hailstorm
Light hailstorms generally produce ice crystals smaller than a quarter inch (.5 cm). It has the following effects:
Heavy Hailstorm
Heavy Hailstorms produce larger balls of ice that when large enough, can deal damage to creatures and objects. It has the following effects:
- Partial Concealing Terrain (Sound, Blocking).
- Total Concealing Terrain (Blindsense, Tremorsense Blocking).
- Possible Damaging Terrain (5 Bludgeoning) or more (GM's discretion).
