Effect: The bear rakes its claws, drawing an opponent into its grasp. Make an attack:
Range: Melee
Target: One creature within reach.
Attack: Melee Weapon vs. AC
Hit: Weapon[1 WD] damage and make an opposed Grapple Check. If the bear succeeds check, the target is Grabbed.
Augment, Greater Bear Hug

Effect: The bear hide becomes thick and infused with iron. For the duration of this power, the bear gains Resistance to Non-Magical Weapon Attacks.

Area: Up to 40ft long, 5ft thick, and 10ft high wall (originating at the bear)
Effect: With a mighty roar, the bears back landing hard on the earth with its forepaws. A wall of brambles bursts from the ground in front of the bear, stretching up to 40ft in length. The wall may be straight or gently curving and the wall must originate in a location adjacent to the bear (though that location need not be an "end" or the wall and may ultimately be the middle). Each 5ft length of the wall has 50 hitpoints. Any creatures that are occupy a location where the wall is summoned are subject to the following attack:
Target: Creatures within area where wall is summoned.
Melee Attack: +[4 + LVLM] vs. Reflex
Hit: 7d6 Piercing damage and the target is Repositioned to one side of the wall (your choice).
Miss: The target is Repositioned to one side of the wall (its choice).

Cost: 1 Karma, 4 Resolve and 2 Resolve Burn
Duration: 10 rounds
Effect: The bear becomes infused with the spirit that connects all things. For the duration of this power, the bear gains Regeneration (50). Additionally, whenever an ally within 30ft of the bear suffers damage, they only suffer ½ damage. The bear then suffers damage equal to the damage the ally reduced (which cannot be reduced or resisted in any way). If the bear is reduced to 0 hitpoints while under the effects of this ability, it does not flee but continues to fight taking actions as normal. If the bear is at 0 hitpoints when this ability ends, it will flee the battle as normal.
