The Kennel Master, unlike most military units that employ canines, is not often used for scouting or tracking. Instead, they are employed as ranged support for infantry, sending their monstrous Dire Hellhounds to set up flanks so they can pick apart their enemies from a distance, thinning the ranks for the larger force. These giants are commonly equipped with blackened chainmail and heavy crossbows that most other races would refer to as Ballistae. While not high ranking in military units, rating at just above a sergeant, the Kennel Master has a reputation for cruelty and sadism that outshine all others of their race. This is due to the excessive aggression required to train and control a Dire Hellhound.

Covering Shot: Make a Javelin attack. On a hit, one hound adjacent to the target may Shift 5ft as a free action. (Advanced)

Great Knockback: Make a Javelin attack. On a hit, deal +5d10 damage and the target is Pushed 20ft. If the target moves through the Threat of any hounds, they gain an attack of opportunity. (Legendary)
