Berserk

"Sometimes the best defense is a good, confusing offense where you don't know who you're hitting."
——Fendrel, War Bard of the Fumbling Four

A wild storm of fury seizes you, eliminating all reason, and leaving only pure, unbridled anger. You are subject to the following effects:

  • On your turn, you must attack the nearest creature with a Melee Basic Attack (utilizing lunge or charge if necessary).
  • If no creature is in range of a charge, you Sprint towards the closest creature.
  • Roll a die to determine which creature is attacked in the case of a tie.
  • You suffer two Disadvantages on attacks, but deal 50% more damage.
  • You cannot take Immediate, Interruptive, or Reactive actions.
  • You must always make a Melee Basic Attack when granted an Opportunity.
  • You cannot Concentrate.
  • If the Berserk effect is Save Ends (SE), you may use the Recovery Action as a Free Action (with no recovery time) after each berserk action you take.
