Fetor

You emit an unmatched terrible odor that can even sicken those around you. You are subject to the following effects:

• You suffer a -10 penalty to Stealth (-20 vs. creatures with ranks in Scent). Creature with a sense of smell automatically detect you within 20ft.
• You suffer a -10 penalty to Charm.
• You suffer a -5 penalty to Persuasion.
• You have an aura (10ft) that automatically Sickens any creature with a Fortitude of 12 or less (creatures without a sense of smell are immune).

Note: The effects of Stink, Reek, and Fetor do not stack. Only the worst effect applies.
