Elven Armor of Scouting
"The secrets of my people were not meant to be shared in trade, but I suppose that is the price we pay for commiserating with the common folk."
——Lorean Silverleaf, Elven Smith
Description
These armors are typically made of leather with the traditional thinly gilded ivy-leaf motif common among ancient elven armors.
Lore
These armors were far more abundant in years past when the ancient elves lived on the material plane. They created many wondrous items, and not least among them was the Elven Armor of Scouting, typically given to the most trusted of elven scouts and hunters to aid in their missions. Since the decline of the old elves, these have become far more scarce. Owning one prompts enthusiastic reactions from other adventurers, and skeptical glances from other elves.
