Description

These armors are made of heavy steel scales with crudely plated adamantine placed randomly on several of the scales. The armor is heavy and bulky, clearly best suited to somewhat sturdier creatures.

Lore

The heavily militarized hobgoblin tribes have long held the secrets for how to construct these terribly strong sets of armor. While the adamantine plating does not grant the same protection as Adamantine Armor, the enchantments impressed upon it by Hobgoblin Shamans have made it a powerful boon to Hobgoblin raiders, leading more than a few war parties to victory.
