Description

The Salve of Curing is a pale white, semi translucent paste often held in a small silver container. Since this item requires divine creation methods, the jar is most often marked with the symbol of the religious order that created it. One application of this miraculous healing ointment can cure most injuries. Injuries that have healed on their own over time, such as missing limbs or fused bones, however, are beyond the power of this item.

Lore

Much like the healing potion, many adventurers and soldiers favored access to healing on the battlefield that did not require a cleric to be nearby, as often times these resources are stretched thin. To this end, several religious orders discovered ways to apply their powers in to mundane ointments, granting them special powers. Naturally, once this method was discovered demand for these items exploded across all the nations of the world.
