Duration: Up to 5 rounds
Effect: You disrupt the flow of energy around your target with a semi translucent ray of forbiddance, breaking all bonds of magic they attempt to form. Make an attack:
Range: 50 ft
Target: One creature within range.
Attack: Arcana P vs. Reflex
Hit: The target becomes surrounded by a small area of Antimagic [SE, ST 5d10 vs INT, WIS, or CHA]. After the target saves, it suffers from the Antimagic effect for 10 additional segments (or until the duration of this spell expires). The effects of this spell expire at the end of the spells duration, regardless of whether the target has saved or not.
If the target is a Summoned Creature, the creature is automatically unsummoned.
Special: If the target is a willing creature, the spell hits automatically.
