Disjunction

Disjunction
Magic Resistance: No
Ultimate Eldritch Spell [Magical]
Prerequisites: Eldritch Rank 10
Disciplines: Abjuration
Potency: [2d10 + Eldritch Rank]
Cast Action [CT 6, REC 3]
Components: V, S
Cost: 2 Karma, 6 Resolve and 3 Resolve Burn
Range: 500ft
Area: 80ft diameter area within range
Target: All Magical Powers, Rituals, and Magic Items in area.
Effect: Your powerful spell unweaves all magical energies within the area, destroying most magical effects. The effects of any magical power (even ultimate powers) are automatically ended, though an area of Antimagic is subject to an opposed Potency check. The effects of any Rituals of Rank 6 or less are automatically ended (when targeting a ritual that covers an area, such as Blessings and Blights, the Disjunction must be cast at the focus or center of the ritual's area). Roll 1d10 for each Magical Consumable, Trinket, and Magic Item in the area of Rank 6 or less. If your result exceeds the rank of the item, the item permanently loses all of its magical properties and becomes inert. Disjunction does not have any effect on magical materials, such as Mithral. Items made from a magical material maintain the magic of their material, but may lose all other abilities.
Master Augment, Targeted Disjunction
[Eldritch Rank 10]
Cost: 1 Karma
Effect: Instead of targeting an area, you target a single magical effect, ritual, or magic item within range. This will now automatically destroy the effects of rituals of Rank 10 or less (provided the Disjunction is cast at the focus or center of ritual's area). Additionally, you may now affect a Magical Consumable, Trinket, or Magic Item of any Rank (not just Rank 6 or less), but Artifacts are unaffected.
