Effect P: Make an Opposed Potency Check against the target. If you succeed the check, the target is immediately dispelled. Some powers and effects may be immune to dispelling. If you created the targeted effect, it is dispelled automatically.
Special: Dispel Magic can be used in conjunction with the Countercast power to target a power that you do not have mastered or memorized. You must still succeed an opposed potency check, or the Countercast fails.
