Upkeep: Free Action, spend 4 Resolve to increase the duration by 1 moment.

Effect P: You create a white, purplish fog that occasionally pulses with Eldritch tendrils that assaults the minds of those within it. When a creature is first subjected to the cloud, make the following attack:
Target: All Creatures in Cloud
Attack: Arcana vs. Will
Hit: The target suffers a -5 penalty to its Will Defense and a 1d10 penalty [STP 1d10] to Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws [SE, ST 4d10 vs WIS (not subject to Mind Fog penalty)].
Miss: The target is at a -2 penalty to its Will Defense while within the cloud.
Special: All saving throws against the effects of this spell fail while creatures are within the cloud.
Augment, Chaotic Lure

Effect: You may select a number of targets equal to your Eldritch Rank that are immune to the effects of your Mind Fog.

Effect: Increase the Saving Throw Penalty to Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma suffered by the target by 1d10 [STP 1d10]. This penalty still does not affect the Saving Throw that ends the Mind Fog effect.

Effect: On a miss, targets are subject to the 1d10 penalty to Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws while they remain within the fog.
