Structural Effect: Channeling your deity's vengeful will, you cause the very earth to violently shake, crumble and explode beneath the feet of your foes. All structures in the area are subject to attack, Demolition +45 vs Durability. Additionally, any creatures within, underneath, or in the falling path of a Collapsing or Partially Collapsing Structure (spreading a horizontal distance equal to 1/2 the height of the structure), are subject to the following attack.
Target: All creatures within, underneath or in the falling path of a destroyed structure within the area.
Attack: Devotion vs. Reflex
Hit: The target suffers Bludgeoning damage equal to the Structure's Durability Score (if in the falling path) or equal to [2 x Structure's Durability] (if within or underneath the structure). Additionally, the target is Buried beneath the rubble and suffering ongoing Bludgeoning Damage equal to [½ x Structure's Durability] every 10 segments [SE, ST 5d10 vs STR].
Miss: Half Damage and the target is free from the rubble (moved either adjacent to or on top).
Special: A buried creature may be dug out as a Standard Action [REC 10] with a successful Brawn check [DC 25].
Secondary Effect: If the target is on Open Ground at the time of the Earthquake, make the following attack:
Target: All creatures on open ground within the area.
Attack: Devotion vs. Reflex
Hit: The target falls Prone.
