Effect: You may use the following modifiers with your Qi Strike:
Freezing [Opener]
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 2. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 2
Cost: 1 Stamina, and 1 Stamina Burn
Effect: Ice blossoms under foot. Before the attack you create a 10ft wide, 40ft long line (originating from you) of Slippery Terrain(DC 20). You can move through this terrain unhampered. The terrain lasts for 1d4+1 rounds.
Frosted [Transformation]
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 1. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 1
Effect: Change the Damage type to Cold and increase the damage dealt by 3 WD.
Winter [Heart]
Cost: 2 Stamina Burn
Effect: On a hit, the target is trapped in ice and is Confined and suffering Ongoing [2x Qi Rank] Cold Damage [SE, ST 6d10 vs STR]
Shard [Finisher]
Cost: REC+3, 1 Stamina Burn
Effect: Make the attack on all creatures in a Line 5ft wide and 30ft long.
