Runic [Transformation]
Effect: Increase any saving throws inflicted by this power by 1d10 [STP 1d10].
Oracle [Heart]
Effect: Change all Stamina costs to Resolve and all Stamina Burn costs to Resolve Burn. Reduce the cost of this power by 2 Resolve.
Hand [Finisher]
Effect: This power now targets all creatures in a 15ft diameter area within 200ft. The attack now provokes.
