This is a human who has joined a Cult, a small religion often with bizarre and dark practices. Within their indoctrination they learn to channel crude Divine powers that charge their attacks with the power of whatever god they worship. They are usually clad in black, dark purple, or brown hooded robes with the symbol of their deity hanging from their neck. Most cultists are fanatical and will use their abilities to harm those who do not submit to their views.
