Ring of Telekinesis

Ring of Telekinesis
Magic Item [Very Rare]
Type: Jewelry (Ring)
Rank: 5 (Potency 50)
Special Actions
Reposition
Focus Action [FT 2, REC 5]
Potency (MR): 1d8+5 (Yes)
Range: 100ft
Effect: You cause an object of object of medium size or smaller (up to 400 lbs) to float through the air and move in any direction, up to 30ft. If the item is held by another creature, then make the following attack:
Target: One creature, holding the targeted object
Attack: +9 vs. Reflex
Hit: The creature loses its grasp on the object and you may move the object up to 30ft.
Alternatively, you may attempt to move a creature. Make an attack:
Range: 100ft
Target: One creature within range
Attack: +9 vs. Will
Hit: The target is Repositioned up to 30ft in any direction. If the movement ends and the creature is in midair, the creature falls (suffering Falling damage as normal).

Hold
Free Action
Potency (MR): 1d8+5 (Yes)
Trigger: You use the Reposition ability on a target (you don't have to move them).
Duration: Concentration
Range: 100ft
Effect: You choose to hold the target still, causing it to levitate or restricting its movement. Objects held in this way will remain stationary for the duration of this ability. A creature may attempt to forcibly move the object, as a Standard Action [REC 5], with a successful Brawn check [DC 20]. If the creature succeeds, this ability automatically ends for that object. Alternatively, you may attempt to target a creature of medium size or smaller. Make an attack:
Target: One creature within range
Attack: +9 vs. Will
Hit: The target is Restrained [SE, ST 4d10 vs STR].

Throw
Focus Action [FT 3, REC 5]
Potency (MR): 1d8+5 (Yes)
Range: 100ft
Effect: You lift up to 5 small objects in range (of 5 lbs or lighter) and hurl them at another target. Each object may target the same creature, or multiple creatures (up to 5). Make an attack for each target struck:
Range: 100ft
Target: One creature
Attack: Ranged vs. AC
Hit: Each object deals 1d6+1 Damage of a type appropriate to the object hurled.

Parry Projectile
Reactive Action
Potency (MR): 1d8+5 (Yes)
Trigger: You are targeted with a Ranged Weapon Attack.
Effect: You attempt to parry the attack. Make an opposed Attack Roll (+9 vs triggering Weapon Attack) to attempt to Deflect the triggering attack.
Allocation: 4 Stamina and 2 Resolve
Aura: Moderate Transmutation

Description

This strange ring is made of two interwoven materials, one adamantine and the other a strange red crystal containing an unnatural power, not quite Eldritch or Divine. The crystal is as hard as steel, and always warm to the touch.

Lore

The Ring of Telekinesis is of an unknown origin. Neither Mage nor Cleric claimed responsibility for its inception, though many would surely like to, given its power. Although there are more than one of these items, they are extremely rare, and finding such a ring can be potentially dangerous to an individual too weak to protect themselves. While many classes of adventurer have found a use for it in the past, it is perhaps the rogue who has been able to affect the most change with it, their adaptable and precocious nature lending itself well to the power to manipulate objects from a distance.
