——Charoc of the Obsidian Islands

Description

This ring appears to be a sharply carved unpolished steel ring, weathered by time spent at sea. Six medium sized obsidian pearls are dotted along the band, and are cold to the touch.

Lore

This ring was at one time in the possession of a Noble Lord of a harsh, sea faring island city known for its impregnable stone infested waters that few ships outside his lands could navigate. Any would-be conquerors attempting to raid the otherwise poor island for its valuable pearls would find their fleets destroyed and men drowning before ever reaching land. This ring was said to have played a part in the island's defense
