Area: 40 ft diameter area within range
Effect P: Creating impossibly imperceptible rifts into a plane of chaotic force, a seething mass of large tentacles bursts forth, grabbing and constricting all creatures and objects near them. The tentacles are a magical effect and are immune to damage. At the beginning of each round, make an attack against all creatures within the area. Additionally, when a creature first enters the area, make an attack on that creature:
Target: Creatures in area or Creature entering area.
Attack: Arcana vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d6 + Eldritch Might Bludgeoning damage and the target is Restrained [SE, ST 4d10 vs STR].
