Effect: Whipping around the air near your adversary with divine will, you create a powerful cylindrical downdraft of wind, slamming them to the ground. Make an attack:
Range: 100 ft.
Area: 10ft diameter cylinder, 30 ft high, within range.
Target: All creatures in area.
Attack: Devotion P vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is knocked Prone. If the target is flying or otherwise aloft, it it is Pushed to the ground and suffers Falling damage based on its height. If the cylinder is placed in midair, flying creatures are pushed to the bottom of the cylinder's area (but not beyond).
