Duration: 1 round or until dismissed, dispelled or disrupted.
Upkeep: Free action, spend 1 Resolve and increase the duration of this power by 1 round.
Range: 50 ft per Eldritch Rank
Target: One willing medium size or smaller creature or one unattended object up to 100 lbs per Eldritch Rank within range.
Effect: You change the target to be almost weightless, causing them to float. Upon the initial casting, and then as a Standard Action (Rec 3, the target must be within range), you can move the target up to 20ft up or down in the vertical plane at a time. While levitated, the target cannot fall, even if the ground drops away. You cannot move the target horizontally and the levitate imposes a spatial inertia that slows the targets horizontal movement. While levitating, the target has a Disadvantage to attack rolls due to a lack of stability (this also applies to any creature riding a levitating object). If the spell ends while the target is in the air, the target falls. There is no limit to the height (or depth) a creature can reach with this spell.

The target can use its environment to move itself horizontally or vertically up (but not down) at ½ skirmish speed, if it is close enough to objects that it could pull itself along. Alternatively, the target may push itself off of a surface to move horizontally by making a Standing Long Jump check. The result of the jump check determines the distance traveled before the levitate slows the creature to a stop. If the target has a Fly Speed (Hover)., it is Entangled for horizontal movement and cannot descend below its current height.

If the weight limit of the spell is exceeded (such as by picking up a heavy object, being pulled upon by a force, etc), the spell ends immediately.

Effect: You may target a non-willing creature, or an object held by a non-willing creature. Make an attack:
Attack: Arcana P vs. Will
Hit: The target is levitated (as above) until it makes a saving throw [ST 4d10 vs WIS] or the duration expires (The target falls as normal).

Stacking [Eldritch Rank 5, 7, 9]: This augment may be applied a maximum of three times, limited by your Eldritch Rank.
Effect: You may affect a creature or object one size category larger. Double the weight limit for the object.
Master Augment, Stable Levetation

Effect: The target (or creature riding a levitating object) no longer has a Disadvantage on attacks due to instability.
