Effect: Your Qi begins to swell within your abdomen, releasing a subtle black froth from your mouth as you breath. You may use the following modifiers with your Qi Strike:
Inking [Opener]
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 2. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 2
Cost: 2 Stamina
Effect: You spit forth an impenetrable black mist into the path of your foes. Before the attack, you create a 20ft diameter cloud of Black Smoke centered on you that persists for 10 segments. The cloud creates Total Concealing Terrain (Vision, Blocking), though you may see through it normally.
Flexible [Transformation]
Effect: The body becomes impossibly fluid, as if your bones have reduced to cartilage. For this attack and for the next 10 segments, you do not suffer penalties from Squeezing.
Squid [Heart]
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 1. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 1
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: Your Qi manifests, lashing out like tentacles and wrapping around your foe. On a hit, the target is Restrained [SE, ST 4d10 vs DEX].
Lock [Finisher, Grapple]
Cost: REC+2, 3 Stamina
Effect: You dedicate yourself to the attack, enfolding an enemy with your Qi infused, ropy limbs. On a hit, make an Opposed Grapple Check. If you succeed the check, you Grab and Pin the target.
