Area of Effect: 40ft diameter area
Effect: You lay the Emerald Dust in a circle, encompassing the area. You then begin to chant, causing the circle to glow with a shimmering, green light as the circle activates. While this ritual is in effect, all extra-dimensional travel (such as Teleport, Blink, and Dimension Door) and planar travel (such as Ethereal Jaunt and Plane Shift) into and out of the area is blocked. Creatures within the area are considered Anchored and creatures outside cannot enter the area via extra-dimensional means.
