Upkeep: Free Action, spend 1 Resolve to upkeep for an additional 1 moment

Target: Creature Touched
Effect: The target is immediately freed from all conditions that that hamper or affect movement movement, including: Confined, Entangled, Paralyzed, Restrained, Slowed, and the Haste spell and similar effects (but not Petrifying, Petrified or any polymorph-like effects) . The target is also freed of any environmental conditions (natural or supernatural) that hamper movement, such as difficult terrain, underwater, Grease Spell, or Solid Fog, and may automatically escape from the Grabbed condition as a Free Action. Additionally, for the duration of the prayer, the target is immune to these conditions and effects. This power does not diminish penalties incurred to the target from the target's own actions, such as confinement while grabbing a creature.
Special: As movement underwater is no longer hampered with the use of this prayer, slashing, chopping and bludgeoning Melee Weapons no longer suffer the penalty to damage.
