Duration: 10 Rounds or until dismissed, dispelled or disrupted.
Upkeep: Spend 2 resolve to increase the duration by 10 Rounds.
Range: 30 ft.
Target: One creature within range.
Effect: By creating a quantum shift around the target, you accelerate its movements significantly. While this spell is active, the target's recovery times are reduced. A recovery time of 3 to 6 is reduced by 1 and a recovery time of 7 or more is reduced by 2 (recovery times of 2 or less are unaffected). The target also gains a +2 power bonus to attack rolls and reduces the number of Advantages it grants by 1. Hasted creatures always act first in the segment.
Opposing: If the target is Slowed, instead of the above effect the Slowed condition is automatically removed.
Master Augment, Mass Haste

Stacking [Eldritch Rank 6, 8, 10, etc.]: This augment may be applied multiple times and is only limited by your character’s Eldritch Rank.
Cost: 1 Resolve. Increase the upkeep by 1 Resolve.
Effect: You may affect one additional target with this spell.
Master Augment, Greater Haste

Cost: 2 Resolve.
Effect: The target is accelerated to speeds beyond their limits. The target may Burn 1 Stamina to now reduce all recovery times by half (round up). The target also reduces the duration of any Delayed, Dazed or Stunned effects upon it by half. Additionally, the target may now utilize two Immediate Actions and two Interruptive or Reactive Actions per round. Change the duration of this spell to 1 Round. Upkeep is changed to: Spend 2 Resolve and target must also pay 1 Stamina Burn to increase the duration by 1 Round.
Special: This ability does not stack with other abilities that reduce Recovery Times.
