Basic Martial Technique
Prerequisites: Martial Rank 3
Disciplines: Marksman
Standard Action [REC Weapon Speed + 1]
Cost: 1 Stamina
Requirement: You must not have a penalty to your speed (such as from Armor or through Status Effects, such as Entangled).
Effect: You take steady, balanced steps while you aim your weapon, tracking your target while you adjust for the sudden movement. Before you attack, you may Shift up to 10ft. Make an attack:
Range: Weapon Range
Target: One creature within range.
Attack: Ranged Weapon P vs. AC
Hit: Weapon[1 WD] damage.
Master Augment, Curved Shot
[Martial Rank 5, Magic Item]
Requirement: You must be wielding a Magic Weapon.
Effect: If your movement from Mobile Shot takes you behind Cover, you are still considered to have Line of Effect to the target (provided you had Line of Effect before you moved).
Master Augment, Greater Mobile Shot
[Martial Rank 5, Stacking]
Stacking [Rank 5, 8, 11, etc.]: This augment may be applied multiple times and is limited by your Martial Rank.
Effect: Increase the damage dealt on a hit by 1 WD.
Master Augment, Hobbling Shot [Stance]
[Martial Rank 3]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Hunter's Mercy Stance.
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: On a hit, the target is also Hobbled (damage equal to Martial Rank) [SE, ST 2d10 vs DEX].
Master Augment, Preemptive Mobility [Stance]
[Martial Rank 3]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Dodging Harrier Stance.
Effect: Your attack does not grant an Opportunity to the target, even if the target Threatens you.
Master Augment, Great Escape [Stance]
[Martial Rank 4, Escape Rank 3]
Requirement: You must be utilizing a Scoundrel Stance.
Effect: If you are Entangled, Confined, Hobbled, or otherwise hampered from moving (by an effect a Save can end), you may make a Saving Throw against the hampering effect before you Shift. This augment does not allow you to save against any conditions for which you are considered Helpless.
Master Augment, Shot on the Run [Stance]
[Martial Rank 4]
Requirement: You must be utilizing a Duelist Stance.
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: Move your skirmish speed instead of shifting. Make your attack at any point during your movement.
Master Augment, Retreating Backstep [Stance]
[Martial Rank 5]
Requirement: You must be utilizing the Evasive Step Stance.
Effect: You may shift an additional 5ft.
