Duration: Concentration, up to 10 rounds.
Area: 30ft cone emanating from you.
Effect: While concentrating on this spell you bring forth a tiny portal to the plane of ice, spewing out the vast coldness and perpetual blizzard of that plane. While within the area, creatures are Entangled and snow piles up around their feet. Creatures attempting to move towards the caster are reduced to ¼ speed due to the force of the gale coming from the portal. Gathering snow falls upon Invisible creatures and objects, outlining their location, causing them to lose their Concealment while within the area.
Any time you take an action to move, you may change the direction of the cone (remember to increase your recovery for movement while Concentrating). Additionally, you may change the direction of the cone without moving as a Standard Action [REC 1].
In addition to the above effects, you gain the following special action:

Effect: Increase the damage dealt by Frigid Blast by 1d6.
