Effect: Pulling from every aspect of the elemental spectrum you unleash a bursting rainbow of glittering magical beams, each one manifesting a different magical effect. When you cast the spell, roll 1d8 for each target to determine the color of beam that attacks the creature. Make an attack according to the random color you rolled:
Area: 60 ft cone
Target: All creatures in area
Attack: Arcana vs. Varies (See table below).
Hit: Resolve the attack according to the table below.
