Creature, Beast

Beasts are magical, animal-like creatures that sometimes exhibit a humanoid-like intelligence. Some beasts are even able to speak and communicate in humanoid languages. Being magical creatures by nature, beasts often exhibit supernatural abilities or qualities. Because of their natural properties, parts of a beast are often used as alchemical and magical components.
