Perceptive Keyword

A Perceptive power does not require Line of Effect, but does require Line of Perception in order to affect targets. Attacks made with a Perceptive power are not affected by Cover. If the power targets an Area, you must still have Line of Effect between the target and the origin of the area, but you do not need Line of Effect between the origin of the area and yourself. If the power has a duration effect, you only need Line of Perception to manifest the power, not to maintain it (unless stated otherwise).
